Warranty

 

On purchase of a spy racing quad you will receive a 12 month or 3000 miles warranty on the engine, 6 months on the frame and suspension, 3 to 6 months on electrical and other components. All other bike components are covered by warranty for 90 days, with the only exclusion of battery, tyres, and light bulbs.

All warranties are parts only. They do not cover labour.

The warranty is issued to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. When the bike is sold.

All of our quads go to stringent quality checks prior to being delivered to your home. We take great pride in keeping high quality ongoing standards.

Your quad white requires a service after 200 miles. This needs to be provided by qualified mechanic. The service should include all checks on our PDI checklist, including an oil and filter change. If it any time the warranty is called upon, then proof of this service may be required.

Limitations and exclusions.

Your warranty is void subject to:

  • Misuse
  • Abuse
  • Alterations
  • Improper installations
  • Improper maintenance
  • Punctures
  • Acts of God
  • or if any servicing and repairs have been attempted by anyone other than a qualified mechanic.

In the event of any warranty claims, you will be required to present your receipts for servicing. We would also require images of your quad before repair or replacement parts are issued. Abuse and misuse will include(but is not limited to ) damaged caused by- using off road(only to be used on a tarmac surface road) or improper handling and operation of the quad bike or damaged caused during transporting.

Spy racing cannot be held accountable for any injury or damage due to misuse or improper handling of our quad bikes.

We offer a returns to base warranty. If you require us to look at your vehicle it will be the customers responsibility to bring it back to our workshop in Sussex
